If you want security: a phone with GrapheneOS installed, an always on vpn such as PIA VPN or Proton VPN, communication through secure end to end encrypted messengers such as signal, session, etc... And anonymous mobile data (there are a handful of data only esim providers that allow anonymous payment), I use INVISIV PGPP, not sure what's available in your country, as well as a voip phone number such as MySudo. PHP results: Is Hack still popular with PHP people? I was stupid enough to write some scientific code in PHP once so know how slow it can be. But if your going to do try write performant code in PHP use the HHVM interpreter. It's much faster.
