I consume a lot of baseball. I stream the local radio broadcast either via an app on my phone or on a website called streema.com. You can "watch" the game with Gameday at mlb.com. Source: over 1 year ago

Free Music Archive has royalty free Creative Commons music. Tons of it, though you have to check the licenses carefully. A lot of them are for non-commercial projects only, so if you ever plan to sell an ad or otherwise make money on your show, don't use those.
