He used to be a concept artist at Blizzard a while back before pursuing mostly educational content. Personally I have learned the most from paid tutorials, from like flippednormals.com , cubebrush.co/ or a artist own site. If you want long complete once thats the way to go. Often the paid once are from actual working artist wanting extra money on the side.
