  • What are the chance that baldur gates 3 become free in steam DB ?
Asking if you should buy a game now or wait for a sale isn't allowed, asking when a game will go on sale is not allowed, asking how big of a discount a game might get is not allowed. Use SteamDB to look at sale histories on games. Source: 5 months ago
  • A big chunk of my wishlist just went on sale
Here's how to cure you from your buying habit, checkout https://steamdb.info/, check the price history of the game you're thinking of getting. Most likely it's on sale once every odd month, and discount percentages are only ever increasing over time. So really you can just buy it when you think you have time to play it soon. • The finals is trending on steam
Correct, it's trending on https://steamdb.info/ if you look at the panel, some games will show zero players. But OP is wrong, other games are trending too. Source: 5 months ago
  • I have 25€ in my Steam wallet, and I'm considering purchasing a new game. Based on my most played one, which game do you recommend?

  • M80 Koalanoob on Tier2 NA talent
If tracker.gg is anything to go off by, EMEA has 2.6 million val users, while NA has only around a million. It's not like EMEA can't produce talent, it's more like as others have said, the EU challenger structure is a bit whack atm. Also, CS is still the more popular FPS there, so there's that. • is anyone able to help me get out of iron with actual tips that aren't "turn on your monitor"
I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. Look for where you are weak and work on it, see where u are strong and hook to it to make it stand out in your games. Source: 10 months ago
  • Companion App (iOS/Android)
As a developer myself I can comment to the difficulty of implementing the above. It really all depends on how they architected the game & setup their codebase. It's true that they would probably need to hire a small team of 4-6 iOS/mobile devs to support this companion app which comes with additional cost obviously, but with the player numbers they have on Steam it looks like it could be affordable.. However as an... Source: 10 months ago
