I am looking at https://staytus.co/, which is exactly what I need to display a basic up/down site. No automation is desired, simply a place for IT to indicate what is up and down, hosted out of bound from existing infrastructure. Downdetector's front page[0] seems to indicate issues with other carriers as well - Verizon and TMobile.
