  • Meal prep service, without the delivery?
I've used and enjoyed https://realplans.com - lots of diet/preference options. Source: 12 months ago
  • I’m new here. Any dessert ideas?
Https://realplans.com/ has helped me a lot to find and add recipes that are then scalable for leftovers. Source: about 2 years ago
  • 11.1 a1c — Not sure where to turn.
I like https://realplans.com/ it is a pay service, but you can start with a base diet there is a low carb one, and then add and subtract specific foods you like or don't like or want to avoid. From there it will generate a meal plan for you with a shopping list. It also has an app which works well for the shopping list. I would just do 4 servings dinner recipes and have extra for my wife and I for lunch the next day. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Is there a website or cookbook that gives you exact plan for a week of food?
RealPlans! Super cool and flexible website (and app) for building weekly mealplans and generating shopping lists for you etc. They have a free plan. Definitely check them out. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Is dairy and soy free too necessary
Real Plans is a meal planning website - I believe you have to pay, BUT you can plug in foods you have to avoid, ingredients you have on hand, and it will generate recipes for you. You could do it briefly while you adjust and cancel the membership if you want! Source: almost 3 years ago
