  So while I used MagicUML way back in my CAD/Catia days, it's unsupported for python. Then Eclipse has one https://www.eclipse.org/papyrus/ but no python support. I've heard people have used StarUML https://staruml.io ,but it looks like it generates flowcharts based on GUI interface graphical models for javascript you build and, I guess also for the javascript in StarUML which helps generate some python code based...   I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?
