So while I used MagicUML way back in my CAD/Catia days, it's unsupported for python. Then Eclipse has one https://www.eclipse.org/papyrus/ but no python support. I've heard people have used StarUML https://staruml.io ,but it looks like it generates flowcharts based on GUI interface graphical models for javascript you build and, I guess also for the javascript in StarUML which helps generate some python code based... So, I am aware of Pressbooks, which uses Wordpress. Also, Booktype, which looks like a fairly complicated system to set up. Finally, I can think of Open Monograph Press, which takes the complication process even further. Source: almost 3 years ago
