SWF files aren't really optimized for Android. Puffin Browser is absolutely going to be your best bet, but only for flash games that are already online. The business model regarding unlimited file uploads is questionable. I even read on r/DataHoarder that some use it as storage for *a lot* of files which can't be viable from a business perspective. AWS egress isn't cheap. Source: over 2 years ago
