Sprint VS Alternative.me

I have gone several rounds back and forth between the carrier and Best Buy (both corporate and original store) over the months to no avail. I have now made 17 additional payments toward the 11 PM roughly equaling $765, almost triple the buyout amount and they still to this day refuse to remove the line. The last time we changed our PIN that I can recall was about a year ago -- I can remember part/most of it but not all of it. As noted by u/revik2, the easiest thing is to order online at sprint.com or call to order. You need to call Sprint numbers since you are still a Sprint-billed customer. Source: 12 months ago
