This is not the case. The splatoon.nintendo.com domain directs to the Splatoon 2 game page, instead of what should presumably be the original Splatoon's case. Furthermore, inputting anything after the .com/ will result in the same Access Denied error, which I'm guessing means that the page does not exist. Source: almost 3 years ago

Https://unshorten.me/ and then send/open them. I use urlchecker [0] for this on my phone and have it set as my" browser" that way, every link I click on, I see a popup with the link and with one or two button presses I can remove the tracking parameters and/or unshorten it and then open it.
