Spelt is a simple nutrition tracking app. Just type or take a photo of what you ate, and Spelt will immediately give you the amount of calories, protein, fat, and more in your foods.
For example, if you're eating a few almonds you can either type "15 almonds" or simply take a photo of them. Spelt will automatically calculate the nutrition information and add it to your log. If you have a McDouble, just take a photo of it or type "mcdouble". Using AI, it'll give you immediate nutrition information! We have an huge nutrition library of over 10 million unique foods.
