For example, if you're eating a few almonds you can either type "15 almonds" or simply take a photo of them. Spelt will automatically calculate the nutrition information and add it to your log. If you have a McDouble, just take a photo of it or type "mcdouble". Using AI, it'll give you immediate nutrition information! We have an huge nutrition library of over 10 million unique foods. It's also possible to scan barcodes.

Your foods are added to a daily log where you can see your total calorie count and more. Each day is saved, so you can see past information.
