For example areena.yle.fi, it has videos that are geoblocked from everyone outside of Finland and videos are hosted at various other sites. I moved from vpn.ac to Astrill a few years ago and I have no regrets. It may be a bit more expensive than the others but is a VPN really something that you want to go cheap on? You can try express.
