Is there a function on Obsidian - or any other application - where you can just drag and drop sentences, paragraphs, notes etc. (or atomic notes) into buckets/folders or similar types of divides. The notes are small - sometimes a sentence or a clause - and for that reason I don't tend to use Obsidian due to having to make a note title for each file. I use WinMerge[1] a lot, and it's always impressed me how it immediately opens to a useable state. So it's absolutely still possible to write Windows software that can open instantly. I think the biggest issue, which multiple other comments have identified, is that people just don't care.
