I'm not sure on Westerly. I'd suggest finding an internet provider you like then use ooma.com for US Phone service. Should be about $7 per month once you buy the VOIP unit and hook it to your phones. You can port your existing number to them as well. Source: over 1 year ago
SIP and VoIP are different animals that share some things in common. My new ISP recommended Ooma since it's a internet-only provider so I ordered a unit directly from ooma.com. Afterward, I found out that the provider would send me a unit for free, so I have been trying to get this one returned. Source: over 1 year ago
