However, to answer the question, there is a third party spam filtering app for MacOS called SpamSieve that does a great job of filtering spam from "ham" (e.g., good mail.) I use it for the ISP mail account that my wife and I share in order to keep us from going insane from the amount of spam that goes to that account - I have a Mac that runs 24/7 running Mail with spamsieve. There are services such as https://betafamily.com/ if you don't have in-house testers. Having in-house people "go through the whole app and look for bugs" sounds like a nightmare, and I'm not surprised it's hard to get people to do it. I recommend that each task has well defined acceptance criteria, and you have someone who did not work on the task run a compiled build of the app and confirm that the build...
