Another alternative is to create a free account on soundslice.com and upload the file there to see if SoundSlice can open it. I've just tried both of these things successfully with my GPX file.   My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
