I've heard that SocialBook offers a pretty decent service of converting images into cartoons. However, in the long term, I'd like to change the tune of the videos by introducing new characters. Do you think that I should learn it on my own to create cartoons using Adobe tools or shall I stick to such online tools? Source: over 2 years ago

The Character Creator has a license wherein if you use it for non-commercial products (ie - a free game) you can do whatever more or less, and if you are using them for a commercial product a license to do so starts at $5.
