  I’d start by following all your local skate shops on IG that sell Dunks and turning on notis for their posts. That way you’ll hear about raffles when they happen. I’d also download the Premier app and turn on notis for them. They do shock raffles for SB Dunks sometimes. Then a site like Sole Links might help with locating other raffles.
