That's sort of understandable if they have a legitimate reason to limit sock puppet accounts, like for an online poll, but I've run into paid services that block them for no reason at all (and, like ClouDNS, they never explain why.)   You can't do attachments there on the free account if I remember correctly and some sites have mailinator.com blocked so you can't use it when signing up. I haven't tried their other domains however.... Source: over 1 year ago
