I came across SMSCountry, an all-in-one platform for customer experience. After struggling with deciding which platform to use to send bulk promotional messages to my customers, I discovered SMSCountry and contacted them for assistance. Their customer service was exceptional as they guided me and answered all my questions.
What I liked the most about SMSCountry is their pricing plans as they are flexible as per my needs for bulk SMS. This platform is best for WhatsApp API and voice text messages as well. Also, their Microsoft Excel plugin makes the job easier to send bulk SMS.

I saw www.calltrackingmetrics.com ; ringcentral.com ; twilio.com ; Zadarma. At this moment it seems that calltrackingmetrics seems to be the first solution I would try because they put in front of their ads the fact to track with google ads. Twilio seems to be too much complex to use and they don't have an iPhone app ; ringcentral I don't know and Zadarma seems good. Source: almost 3 years ago
I use unitelvoice.com. It works fine has an app and can forward to my cell number. Used to use ringcentral.com it was fine when it worked but support was crap. Source: about 3 years ago
