  I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability.   So I dont go out of the house much due to poor health and when I do go somewhere its very interesting when a small newsagency store has a fridge behind the counter and I ask for a drink because I cant physically get it and they wanna charge a $3 service fee for a $2 bottle of water?
