  I make my own but take inspiration from https://slidesgo.com/ and the beamer latex template. I try not to clutter so it's mostly white background with a distinguishable headline and some info an pictures. I also just try to add a footnote with the page number and topic of the presentation. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
