  I make my own but take inspiration from https://slidesgo.com/ and the beamer latex template. I try not to clutter so it's mostly white background with a distinguishable headline and some info an pictures. I also just try to add a footnote with the page number and topic of the presentation.   With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks.
