FYI I'm pretty sure you can use Sleeper on desktop (it works for me at least, never used the mobile app). And agreed on the LEC quiz videos and Friday games. Source: over 2 years ago
Workaround is to use SHealth only, export gpx file, then import it through runtastic.com (Profile (Arrow Next to profile picture) ->Settings->Activity Import). The imported workout count for the challenges. Source: over 1 year ago
