EVERYONE knows they are not to wake me unless I ask them to. It often gives me a migraine to be dragged out of deep sleep. If I have to be awake at a certain time I typically schedule myself to wake up from naps/nighttime sleep by using a sleepcycle estimator like https://sleepyti.me or an app like https://sleepcycle.com. Workaround is to use SHealth only, export gpx file, then import it through runtastic.com (Profile (Arrow Next to profile picture) ->Settings->Activity Import). The imported workout count for the challenges. Source: over 1 year ago
