Democratize user feedback. Tools like SleekPlan and Canny.io allow you to continually get feedback from users and know what is most important to them. A lot of communities use [Discourse ](https://discourse.org). [LPSF](https://forum lpsf.org) migrated to it when Yahoo Groups was discontinued.
