Sketchbook is the only other drawing software I use, but it also has this issue just moving it around on my desktop, OneNote, every other windows application, and also on any microsoft edge webpage. I would throw in a bright background, filling the screen. Yellow, green, something that makes it really pop. Make it modern and sleak, no box shadows or glimmer, go bold with typography and throw in some illustrations.
