There are a ton of institutions like museums and colleges that are scanning and uploading chunks of their collections and you can find a ton of incredible stuff that's available to download. Practice is everything. The more you draw sketches more progress you get. When I graduated from the art academy, we went to a museum and copy famous artists to understand their lines, shapes, and composition. Later you will understand how to progress and build your style.
