  There are services out there that do it like VisualPing and Sken.io, but most are paid if you want down-to-the-minute accuracy. I ended up spinning up a server using ChangeDetection and it alerts me via email and discord, which didn't cost me anything. Source: over 1 year ago

• Tip: You can set up notifications for new starlink versions

  I just set this up on https://sken.io. I put in Https://starlinkversions.com and highlighted the releases section and got an alert yesterday that a new version went out. I thought this would be helpful since falling behind on versions can be problematic. There are probably other services that do this. So far sken works great and didn't cost any money.   Well it is one of the better early tier monuments, what other reason would they have for making it easier? It has always worked properly and fine. Also there was a MASSIVE uproar from the community because of it, if it wasnt just for the noobs they would have left it. https://rust.nolt.io/ had practically nothing but complaints from players on it for weeks, to this day I still occasionally see it.
