  There are tons of childcare websites and most of them require background checks. I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! Also a perk if they are CPR certified but there are tons of resources out there.   As a part-time nanny who works in DC, I've found most of my jobs on Care.com and sittercity.com. White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work.   The shuttle was okay for me. Day 1 I had an extra shuttle pass and had tried to change the name on the ticket to my friend's name and bus.com said that the name change wasn't needed, just scan the ticket when you board.   When they release shuttle info (usually with bus.com) they list the EXACT location for where the shuttle picks up and drops off on the shuttle ticket page. Source: over 1 year ago

• Help! Were all shuttles cancelled?!

  It looks like the only routes available on bus.com right now are from Philly and NY, but no DC or Baltimore. I'm haven't heard anything on why the bus company may have cancelled those routes but if I hear anything I'll post here. Source: over 1 year ago
