I just found a few data collator sites, zoominfo.com and signalhire.com are just two - they seem to scrape sites like Linkedin etc and collate everything. Personal numbers can be found pretty easily, if you've ever signed up for a business identification number it could be there, could be in a data leak somewhere - these companies are pretty shady and will buy data from places to just get a lead. For instance, many Linux users bash (sic) Windows because it only supported virtual desktops since very recent versions (8, I think). But that is false. You could totally have virtual desktops since Windows 98. You just had to install a third-party application for that. It is no different than having to install, say, Gnome to have a desktop on Linux.
