    I use Pix that comes stock with Linux Mint. It has a couple of different viewing modes, the one I think you want is file tree on the left and thumbnails on the main screen, you can drag and drop into folders. If you double click an image it goes to thumbnails on the left with the main part being the image. Source: about 1 year ago
