Ziperto is great for getting decrypted 3DS roms, updates and DLCs. However, the potential for adware is concerning because of the shorte. St links like gestyy and festyy. (Learned this cause the family firewall blocks those links, and unfortunately I am not the administrator.) There are definitely i18n solutions to problems like this, but have you looked at an agent based solution such as https://localizejs.com?
