The email to get excited about (the one for the PBA) comes from esignlive.com. When you get that, you're close to having a truck. Finally got the email with my PBA link! Was surprised to see a message from "Rivian" in my Inbox when I have a rule sending *everything* from rivian.com to a folder I keep right up top for easy monitoring. Turns out it was from the digital signature company, esignlive.com. Source: about 2 years ago
