It's not clear to me whether all of the apps offered are subscription-based, though. Official Sites for raws and translation both, if you read on these sites it will help author directly, but they are usually behind fan translation and also you may have to pay to read there. Most famous sites are - [For Raws] Naver, Kakao Page [For English Translation] Webtoon, Tapas, Webnovel(have LN as well), Manga Toon [They all have Mobile Application as well].
