   Simple but effective

   While all the other bookmarking sites have died, pinboard.in remains and is a reliable and handy place to save all those links you love but are sure to otherwise forget.

• What email service do you use for your campaigns and how much do you pay?

  I've been using Sendy for a few years now without any issues. It sends emails through Amazon SES which is dirt cheap ($1 per every 10,000 emails sent). It is self-hosted so you'll need to take server costs into account. It also doesn't have a ton of the automations that MailChimp and other services have, but if you're mostly just sending email campaigns it has what you need. But it's well-maintained and hasn't...   Greaaaat.... I could have used Mail Chimp, or any one of a dozen free-at-first then pay-per-month services. Game Dev is insanely expensive already, I only take on monthly subscriptions when I'm cornered so I looked for an alternative. I found Sendy https://sendy.co/ where you can pay once but with the caveat that you have to have your own LAMP server and deploy it yourself. They have a pay service to deploy this...   The list of text links is basically what https://pinboard.in is, basically - social bookmarking. I only use it privately, but it does have the exact function you're talking about as well. I might look at ArchiveBox[3] or something like it to bookmark and take a snapshot.   I'm using a similar service - https://pinboard.in to both managing my own bookmarks and to browse other users' public bookmarks of interest by tag or using built-in search functionality. Quite useful imo.
