A revolutionary legal platform tailored for startups, bridging the gap between understanding legal obligations and affordability. Traditional law firms often intimidate founders with their sporadic services, high prices, and complex language. Our platform offers a unified, user-friendly environment that clearly defines and automates routine legal tasks.

Our innovation is the platform's unique ability to show startups the exact legal steps they need at each stage of their growth. Whether a start-up is in its infancy, gearing up for an equity investment, or exploring partnerships. This ensures they maintain diligence and compliance at all times. Start-ups can either use our platform's automation tools to complete these tasks or opt for our consultant lawyers' expertise for a fixed fee.

We've integrated automation, AI assistance, and human expertise seamlessly into our platform to provide an all-in-one service. Our AI legal assistant manages general legal queries and document generation. Yet, when startups need deeper insights, they can quickly tap into our pool of legal experts for advice. Every legal task comes with a transparent cost estimate, and startups can monitor all their ongoing legal matters on a single dashboard.

Education remains a cornerstone of our platform. We demystify legal terms and processes for start-ups, providing them with tools to unravel complex legal topics. For our premium users, we also grant employees access to CPD-qualifying online courses. These courses not only ensure they meet legal standards but also help them grasp the underlying principles and their implications.

In essence, our platform doesn't just offer legal services. It educates, advises, and guides startups on their legal journey. We aim to turn the traditionally fragmented and unclear legal process into a clear, actionable path. Our integrated approach, combined with stage-specific legal guidance, makes our platform truly groundbreaking in the legal tech arena.

Questions and Answers

As answered by people managing SeedLegals and SuLe Hub.

What makes your product unique?

SuLe Hub's answer:

We are building the first legal platform designed around start-ups understanding their legal obligations. We identified a significant gap in the market: startups want to know what they need to do to be a diligent company and not have to pay £1000s to find out the answer. Traditional law firms often intimidate founders with their sporadic services, high prices, and complex language. Our platform offers a unified, user-friendly environment that clearly defines and automates routine legal tasks, ensuring startups not only understand but also efficiently fulfil their obligations.

At the heart of our innovation is the platform's unique ability to show startups the exact legal steps they need at each stage of their growth. Whether a start-up is in its infancy, gearing up for an equity investment, or exploring partnerships, our platform lays out precise legal actions they should take. This ensures they maintain diligence and compliance at all times. Moreover, start-ups can either use our platform's automation tools to complete these tasks or opt for our consultant lawyers' expertise for a fixed fee.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SuLe Hub's answer:

Our aim is to democratise access to legal support so that every start-up founder has access to the right legal guidance and can build diligent and strong businesses and be equipped with the same tools as those founders that have more access to resources, network and capital.

  • Start-ups struggle with legal complexities. Many lack the legal know-how, risking non-compliance, penalties, and reputation damage. With SMEs constituting 99.8% of UK businesses, there's an unmet £11.4bn demand for legal services from them.

  • There is no comprehensive digital solution that exists for start-ups that integrates all legal needs. Founders currently have to find answers, resources and support from various different people and platforms, lacking a central place where founders can go to find their answer – often meaning they get incorrect advice!

  • Research indicates that only 25% of small businesses, equating to 6,000,000 companies, engage professional legal help. At least 4,500,000 firms face unresolved legal issues. Cost is a concern, with 18% tapping into personal savings for legal expenses. The increasing rise of start-ups highlights the demand for a unified legal tech platform. Over 90% of start-ups we've engaged have had compliance issues that are left unresolved due to cost.
