I'm currently using screenlight.tv and its cheap and good. However, it does not allow for client branding. It only allows to display my own branding. Screenlight is a video review platform that lets clients make notes on a video that you can sync back to a timeline as markers. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles as frame.io, but very simple to use, and clients don't need to create an account. Source: about 3 years ago
