Scout RaygunBased on our record, Raygun should be more popular than Scout. It has been mentiond 5 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Install an apm. I recommend Scout. It will report to you which requests allocate a large number of objects. NewRelic is nice too but I find it to be too much to configure and setup. Scout works immediately out of the box and gives you some pretty good info. Source: over 1 year ago

To see what these tools can be like for free, you might want to check out Datadog which has a free tier (Datadog is not a sponsor, I've just used their service, enjoyed it, and know that it's free for a small number of servers). Regarding your last question, when I mention sub-processors who we don't have an SCC with I'm thinking about vendors like RayGun. It's a system we use to monitor alerts and warnings coming from our app when in the hands of our end-users.
