Well I use save.day to create summaries for everything, then store it in the telegram bot itself. The reason is that I can easily search them back by keywords, even with long text or images. You can try it. Source: 11 months ago
It might help to use a highlighting app, something like Weava (weavatools.com) which will store and collect your highlights off to the side of the text so you don't have to keep flipping through pages. Source: about 1 year ago
