I did read from somewhere, that with Wordpress SEO plugins etc some website got to top of search results. Those that did website with other tech did not get same results, and thinked how to compete or survive. There's a few good options right now like Nextcloud, ownCloud, Umbrel (if you like crypto), or Yunohost for a self hosted package manager basically, or even HomeLabOS that is the closest to a full stack solution imo. Source: over 1 year ago

IMO the closest thing to what OP wants to build is HomeLabOS where it's a 'fully fledged platform' with most of the features you'd expect to build yourself from scratch. It's still nowhere near a Linux Distro you can just download that has an Install Wizard to guide you through creating everything that a self hosted network needs & should have though.
