I've only had B2 for a couple months and only started actually using it in the last month. I've done a couple operations using their CLI tool, mainly created app keys with more granular permissions than the web interface. My main backup is using Duplicati to upload to a bucket. I've used this in the past https://s3browser.com/ and it was a nice UX. Speed was good with the multipart uploads. You would have to do any access control from the IAM side with prefixes though. Source: about 2 years ago

Have a look at mover.up. I used them a couple years ago to migrate from SP2010 on prem to SharePoint online. Handled large libraries very well. They were bought a couple years ago by Microsoft but I think it’s still a free service. Source: over 1 year ago

I second Bit Titan, but ONLY for mailboxes. As for groups, teams, SharePoint sites etc., I think you can simply just export the groups as a CSV and then import it them using the AAD/O365 portal. To actually get all the data in there, you can use Microsoft’s own tool, Mover.io and migrate SharePoint sites (I think you might even be able to create the sites in the new tenant using mover.io itself with no Powershell...
