Pantry Check might be a bit more popular than Runtastic. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to Runtastic. Workaround is to use SHealth only, export gpx file, then import it through runtastic.com (Profile (Arrow Next to profile picture) ->Settings->Activity Import). The imported workout count for the challenges. Source: over 1 year ago
Fourth one is pantry check (https://pantrycheck.com/). This is specifically a IOS application, and only deals with food, not other supplies. It is a "free" application, but does have in-app purchases ranging from 1.99 – 29.99 to increase the amount of items you can store to a max of 10,000.
