   Simplicity and elegance

   It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.

  What is up with Broadcast software providers? Is a reskin of a google doc worth 900$ a year for ONE SEAT? Is an iPhone app worth 400$ a month for unlimited licenses (only one at a time active user though). What the hell is wrong with them? Why is there such a huge disparity?   Evernote was ok for a little bit, but the only thing it really did for me was search... Once I realized that I switched tactics. I organized my life into domains, and got okay at using grep to replace it. My saving grace that I would pay twice for is https://typora.io.
