For Twitter feeds you can use Nitter, for Instagram you could've used Bibliogram (now it has issues due to Instagram's change on backend), and there are RSSHub.app (under Routes) and RSS Bridge instances. Source: almost 2 years ago
There is the FeedBro Browser Extension for Firefox and Chrome based Browser. Works for me on Desktop and Laptop as Feedbrowser, inkluding Rules and OPML Import/Export. Also this Swiss-Army Knife can handle Feeds from other different Sources like Flipboard, Facebook (official Pages) and some other.
