  There are options that have pricing that are super reasonable for small amounts of routing. https://routific.com/ is an example of one (not that I am recommending it).   I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping.   I have not yet opened a request at parcl.com , therefore I don't know exact costs of the service, but you can check their facts and stats to have an idea. It does not appear to be expensive. Source: about 3 years ago
