However, I just discovered roughanimator.com and am really liking it. It is neither free (but only $6, (_per platform_)) nor powerful enough for finished product, but instead its workflow is optimized for the rough animation portion of making something. It is very much for hand drawn animation as it does not provide any transform tweening beyond a global camera scale/pan, much less rigging etc. Source: about 1 year ago
