I've had a Roku Ultra for some time and recently bought a Roku Express 4K for the guest bedroom for visiting relatives. You can see the Roku Channel channels at https://www.roku.com/whats-on/the-roku-channel. There's a very similar app called Pluto TV. Both of them are free and offer both on-demand and "live" channels with a guide similar to cable.
